Sick!

I have been sick the last couple of days but I still have some news and funny stuff to share:

- David comes home today. We are going to celebrate with (surprise, surprise) PIZZA!
- Yesterday I heard the blind movie reviewer on Edge 102 at 8:20am. You have to listen to this guy, he is so funny! Yesterday he talked about the "Sentinel" and one of the guys asked if Kim Basinger is still hot and the blind guy said "I keep hearing she is!" They also asked who plays the president in the movie and the guy says he doesn't know because he is blind.

Yesterday...

Yesterday my baseball team had its first game of the season. I was really excited but I sucked and the team sucked and we got our butts kicked. Now we wait 10 days before we play again.

N64

PLayed some N64 last night... I still got it!! I have to admit Will was doing really well in GOLDENEYE but in my defence the weapons required aim!! When we switched games to Mario Kart that is when I really started to play well! Although I had Toad STOLEN from me (I earned the right to be him TWICE) I still won most races.

NBA Playoff Predictions!!

The playoffs start this weekend! I am really excited! It would be nice if the Raptors had find a way in but I think if they make the right moves they can find the 7th spot next year! Going into the playoffs I decided to root for a couple of underdogs (Bulls and Clips) and my favourite Western conference team: the Phoenix Suns. I also want to see Lebron and his Cavs do well. So because of this I might be biast when it comes to their series... but I don't think I am. On to my predictions!

Eastern Conference:
Bucks vs. Pistons - Pistons in 5. Was there any doubt?
Bulls vs. Heat - Bulls in 6. This is the prediction where I will most likely be wrong but I believe in the Bulls. They have some big bodies that can slow down Shaq and they have toughness.
Pacers vs. Nets - Nets in 5. I hate this prediction because I hate Vince Carter but I just can't see the Pacers being able to keep up with the Nets attack.
Cavs vs. Wizards - Cavs in 6. Lebron has Hughes back and that should be able to get them through the first round... next round?

Western Conference:

Kings vs. Spurs - Spurs in 6. Good effort by the Kings but it won't be enough.
Mavs vs. Griz. - Mavs in 5. I like the Griz. but the Mavs are just too good!
Clips vs. Nuggets - Clips in 6. Clippers finally win a playoffs series. Their team has talent but how far will that get them?
Lakers vs. Suns - Suns in 6. Kobe is a amazing player but the Suns have an amazing team. Kobe will score 60 a game in this series but the Suns are going to score 120!

KFC

I went to KFC today for "Toonie Tuesday". It is now up to $2.49 plus taxes. I noticed they now have "wedges" which look a lot like taters. I haven't tried them but I really want to. Will if you go to KFC first you should try them and then report back to Vince and I. You like the picture I posted?

House hunting...

So my parents and I were looking at condos today in a familiar neighbourhood. The building was the same building my parents lived in before the move to Richmond Hill. Technically I lived there as a baby. It is right beside Senaca's main campus. Good price for 2 bedroom and 3 bedrooms condos. I just wish they were closer to the subway.

Softball...

We had our first practice today and I used batting gloves for the first time and I was 2-4, I scored 3 runs and hit a home run! Man I was hitting the balls so well that I think I pulled a muscle in my ass!!

Washroom etiquette....

So the washrooms at work only have two urinals and they are side-by-side. Yesterday I walked into a empty washroom and stepped up to the urinal. 2 seconds later my boss comes in and uses the urinal beside me. I think my boss and Cuch have been talking... because my boss then started a conversation with me. That was a horrible minute.... very uncomfortable. Later that day I went to a different washroom on the floor in an attempt not to have the same occurance. Instead after 2 seconds at the urinal a black dude came in and used the urinal beside me. He also tried to spark up a conversation with me and the guy doesn't even know my name! So uncomfortable!!! James needs to come by the office and post his washroom etiquette rules (excerpt from email):
if you ask any man he'lll give you the same answer. go to a stall and
unleash the fury, pick the one furthest away, not the middle one, the
one
furthest away in case a 3rd man comes. that way you have the buffer
stall.
also, the guy using the urinal should out of respect be using the one
furthest from the stalls.

I have a more difficult one: 5 urinals:

1) occupied 2) vacant 3) vacant 4) occupied 5) occupied

which vacant one do you take #2 or #3? The answer is without argument
once
you know the reasoning.

Blue Jays Baseball

The Jays openned their 2006 season yesterday! I was at the game and it was great! If you haven't heard the buzz around the Jays this year then why haven't you invited me to the rock you have been living under?!? The Jays won last night against one of the best pitchers in the game and today they are up 3-0!!! My family has season's tickets if you want to go a game let me know!!

Beautiful Amberley... she looks so mature but she is three years younger than me. When she is dancing, I can't take my eyes off of her!!

Tony's Wild Ride....

My Dad was planning on meeting me at the subway yesterday so that we could go down to the Raptor game. He was going to catch the bus on bathurst. A bus came down and it said "SUBWAY" on it so my Dad hopped on. He thought it was funny that the two other people didn't also get on. This bus took him to Richmond Hill high and then it stopped around time square. Why did it stop at time's square you ask? (this is my favourite part!) Because the bus driver wanted to have a smoke!!! That is hateful! Stopping the bus to have a smoke! So any ways... the bus then takes my Dad down to the subway... the Sheppard line! He sat at Don Mills for 5 minutes waiting for the subway to start moving! Finally about 45 minutes late, he arrives at our meeting place! The lesson is: Across know your bus number!!
